Refund and cancellation policy

UPDATE: We are horribly sorry for the delays, We realize that we are taking a long time to ship orders. Due to the COVID-19 crisis, things are little backed up on our end. Rest assure, we're working hard to deliver your order as soon as possible, while caring for the health and safety of our team members.

We projected most orders to be start shipping by August 15th. You'll automatically receive a tracking link as soon as your orders ships. Nothing to do on your part. We're taking care of it.

Due to the type of product being earphones with the sensitivity of hygiene and since our Pods are custom made, we don't allow returns or exchanges and all sales are generally final. However, the last thing we want to do is leave you dissatisfied. This is why we handle returns and exchanges on a case by case basis.

In the event that the product arrives damaged or does not work, we require video proof emailed to blackpodsglobal@gmail.com
